That being said, today I would like to give thanks and love to a great artist who I have had a great privilege to be apart of his art, growth and life. Since the very first day I met him he was a great positive inspiration to me, challenged me to be a better artist and person. Those who also know him would agree that he is always positive, upbeat, outgoing, funny, encouraging and determined not only to see his own dream out but those around him. And who can forget those creative hats he makes. lol

Most people only get to see the final product of shoots, videos etc, however witnessing the making of it all is just as or more rewarding. I only hope what I reveal here can help those in the –– or striving to become part of the –– industry in one-way or another. This can also be an insight for others into my creative life for those who are interested in having a peak into what I love to do.

For starters here is a little background.

• Born and raised in CA Orange County
• Moved to AZ 2007
• Attended MUD in Burbank CA to learn the basic on beauty. ’04
• Went to Graphic Design school at Westwood College of Technology in ‘00
• Preschool teacher for a short time

Why Makeup

Ever since I was a little girl I knew I had a creative sole. I always loved to color, draw and was fascinated with my mother’s makeup. Which didn’t always end up on my face. I would use makeup as colors in my coloring books, the walls and furniture as well as use lipstick for nail polish, blush and eye shadow. Needless to say my mom was not very happy about that. As I got older I decided to get into Graphic Design, (which by the way is still a passion of mine). It wasn’t long after that I decided to try Makeup. When I first opened a high fashion magazine I was completely inspired with all the colors, textures, clothing, and the details one can create in a single image. I wanted to be apart of that world. And so the rest is history.

• You will always find me happiest when I am listening to music.  I love it all, classic, R&B, alternative, rock, underground, house, trance, drum and bass and the list goes on.
• Love to read books that have positive messages.
• I have an addictive personality; thankfully they are things that are not harmful to my health or others. They are always changing depending on my surroundings, what I read, buy or find. Right now I love: Tattoos, funky eclectic decor, owls, chandeliers, sushi, Tumblr, Victorian couches, quotes, shows about ghosts and the paranormal, scary movies and so on and so on…

Other career paths

There is so much more I would like to do. A few other areas that interest me are: Interior Design, Event Coordinator, Art Director or even Display Designer.  I will also be attending school soon for Laser and natural aesthetics. As long as I have an inspiration and motivation anything is possible.
